Q....How can I place an order, plan drop off, and pick up?
A....Complete an order form from the website and contact us at frontporchmonogramming@gmail.com to plan a "convenient drop off" of your item(s). Order forms are also provided at the drop off location, please provide specific instructions for all of your items (i.e. thread color, font, location of design, size).
Q...What is "Convenient Drop-Off & Pick-Up?
A...We are located behind Kohls on Rea Rd. in the South Charlotte/Marvin area. Once you are ready to drop off your items, please email us for specific directions. I will contact you when your items are ready for pickup. I have drop-off and pick-up baskets on our covered front porch...this works well for everyone's schedule in the case that I am not able to coordinate meeting with you for drop off and pick up.
Q...How can I pay for my order?
A...Once your order is ready, I will contact you with the order total.

Q...Can I have a monogram or embroidered design placed on any product?
A...Most items can be embroidered, however, some items are not due to various reasons. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Q...What is your return policy?
A...All products from FPM are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed/embroidered gifts.
Q...I received my order and something is wrong.
A... Please note, we cannot replace items for free unless the mistake was made by FPM. For example, if you placed an order but you chose the wrong thread color, wrong font, you entered the initials incorrectly, or you were not specific with the location we will not replace the item for free. If monogram details (initials, thread color, letter placement, design placement, font, etc) were provided incorrectly, please call, do not text, immediately to determine if it's not too late to make the necessary change/s.
Q...How long does it take to receive an order?
A...Our average processing time is 2-5 business days depending on the season, quantity of the order, number of orders ahead of you--it is our goal to provide a quick turn around while producing quality work. It could take one day to process or it could take up to 8 days. If you need an item quickly, we do offer "rush" ordering for an additional fee.
Q...What is your shipping fee?
A...We charge standard USPS shipping rates.
Q.. What type of file/image is needed in order to stitch a logo?
A...A digitized file (.PES or .DST format) is needed in order to stitch a logo. If you do not have a digitized file then we can help you with that for an additional charge. We will just need a high quality jpeg of your logo.
Q. I do not see a font or thread color that will work for my project. Are there other options available?
A. Absolutely! We have many more thread colors and fonts available. We listed the basics so please inquire if you have something else in mind for your project. If a custom thread color is requested there is a $9.00 charge to supply the non-stock thread color.
